RUMUL Russenberger Prüfmaschinen AG introduces the first Resonant Testing machine up to 1000 Hz, this is unique system in the world.

The GIGAFORTE 50 works in at the full-resonance frequency and gives the ability to investigate the fatigue property on metallic material in the VHCF regime (Very High Cycle Fatigue ).

With a load range from 50 kN static and +/- 25 kN dynamic is it possible to test also bigger flat and round specimen on very high cycles in a short time

The loadcell can be fixed onto the oscillating head or onto the machine table according to the test requirements. Components or more complex fixtures can be mounted to the T-slotted table. The control unit is attached to the base of the machine and the power unit is integrated inside the base. This results in a space-saving solution.

VIBROFORTEThe design with two counter-oscillating heads results in an exceptionally light machine. The double-spindle arrangement keeps down the machine height. By means of spindle extensions the daylight of the machine can be adapted to the customer’s requirements.
